Nvidia is suspected of violating the announcement of the decision by the State Administration for Market Regulation, which had conditionally approved the acquisition of Mellanox.

In 2020, Nvidia acquired Israeli semiconductor company Mellanox for $6.9 billion (approximately 8.5 trillion KRW) to strengthen its data center business.
