The newly released products include seven varieties: abalone, abalone innards, beef, mushroom vegetable, scorched rice chicken soup, whole red bean, and pumpkin, all contained in convenient bowl-shaped containers. Each product comes with separate toppings such as seaweed and sesame seeds, green onion and sesame seeds, nuts, and sesame oil. The company explained that they first introduced the cup porridge products through CJ The Market and are considering expanding distribution channels to large supermarkets after observing consumer reactions. To commemorate the launch, CJ CheilJedang is also running a promotion until the 31st, offering the seven new products at a 50% discount.
