In the message on the 5th, Han said, "Despite the difficult situation, the Republic of Korea must continue to develop, and the lives of the people must improve," adding, "At the same time, we must definitely stop the forces that are committing unprecedented acts of violence in constitutional history to seize power in order to avoid criminal charges."

The "forces trying to seize power" mentioned by Han refer to the Democratic Party of Korea, implying that the party must prevent the Democratic Party from coming to power following President Yoon's impeachment. Han also said, "It is a difficult mission with many obstacles," but added, "Nevertheless, I will definitely accomplish it."

He continued, "Dear party comrades, I will take responsibility and lead the effort to resolve this situation," emphasizing, "Please trust and entrust me. While considering public sentiment, as the party leader, I will also think about the hearts of party members and supporters."

Finally, Han said, "Together with you and for you, we will overcome this hardship. Thank you."
