The West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency (Chief Lee Myung-jun) received a plaque of appreciation at the ‘Myeongdo Family Night’ event hosted by Myeongdo Welfare Center on the 2nd.
According to the West Sea Coast Guard Agency on the 3rd, the event was organized by Myeongdo Welfare Center, a community rehabilitation facility providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to people with disabilities, to express gratitude to sponsors and volunteers who have generously supported throughout the year. The West Sea Coast Guard Agency was recognized for its continuous support for over eight years and received a plaque of appreciation.

원본보기 아이콘Chief Lee Myung-jun said, “If our small efforts have contributed even a little to the rehabilitation and better lives of people with disabilities, that alone is a great joy,” adding, “We will accept the plaque of appreciation received today as a sign to continue unwavering interest and support for Myeongdo Welfare Center and the local community.”
He continued, “I sincerely hope that Myeongdo Welfare Center continues to grow as a precious space where people with disabilities can realize their hopes and dreams, and the West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency will also lend its support.”
The West Sea Regional Coast Guard Agency plans to continue strengthening cooperation with community welfare facilities and do its best to create a warm society that cares for marginalized neighbors.
