Law firm Daeryuk Aju (Chief Attorney Lee Gyu-cheol) will hold a webinar on corporate response to on-site searches and seizures.

According to the legal community on the 3rd, Daeryuk Aju C&C (Criminal & Compliance) Group will host a webinar titled "Corporate On-Site Response and Limits to Searches and Seizures" at 3 p.m. on the 11th.

With the recent groundbreaking advancements in digital and communication technologies, the focus of compulsory investigations has shifted from traditional "physical detention" to "searches and seizures of electronic information." Companies increasingly need to respond swiftly on-site based on their legal rights when unexpectedly subjected to searches and seizures.

This webinar will explore the practical difficulties companies face when investigative agencies conduct unannounced searches and seizures, and considering these, will provide useful solutions applicable in practice.

The session will be moderated by Partner Attorney Kim Dong-ju, a former Deputy Chief Prosecutor. Partner Attorney Jeong Yu-ri, a former Chief Prosecutor, Partner Attorney Yoon Sang-hyuk, a former High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Unit (Gongu-cheo) prosecutor, and Partner Attorney Lim Mi-ha, a former police officer, will participate as panelists.
