RSquare announced on the 2nd that it will hold a 'Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Investment Seminar' with VTK at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 17th. VTK is a Korea-Vietnam economic cooperation industrial complex joint venture.
This event is a follow-up program to the 'Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) Investment Seminar' held at COEX last October. At that time, more than 170 companies attended and showed great interest in Vietnam industrial real estate, RSquare said.
The seminar aims to provide practical and in-depth information. It will cover the current status of the Hung Yen Clean Industrial Park in Vietnam, invested by the Korean government, and the full life cycle operation strategy from investment to disposal of industrial real estate, focusing on case studies. One-on-one expert consultations tailored to the individual needs of participating companies have also been expanded.
RSquare has focused on the rapidly emerging northern Vietnam region. The industrial belt connecting Bac Ninh-Bac Giang-Hung Yen is emerging as a new mecca for global advanced industries, with large-scale investments from global companies such as Samsung Electronics and Foxconn concentrated there. This area is evolving into a mega cluster for electronics, semiconductors, and secondary batteries industries.
In particular, the Hung Yen Clean Industrial Park southeast of Hanoi is Vietnam's first Korean-style industrial complex developed under the leadership of Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH). It is adjacent to the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway, offering excellent logistics and living infrastructure accessibility. Many Korean small and medium-sized enterprises have confirmed their move-in, and the value of industrial real estate is also on the rise. In Bac Ninh Province, the average supply price of industrial complexes rose 7% year-on-year to $151 per square meter.
Shin Ji-min, head of RSquare Vietnam, said, "We have over 50 professionals in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and have built a real estate database (DB) of more than 55,000 properties to support the successful entry of Korean companies," adding, "We will provide practical investment strategies and opportunities to companies through the event."
Applications for participation and detailed information can be found on the RSquare Vietnam website. Meanwhile, RSquare Vietnam has achieved a cumulative transaction area of 165,000㎡ within three years of its establishment.
