The Royal Park City No. 3 yacht, which completed its launching ceremony this time, was built as a power catamaran yacht measuring 66 feet (20.1m) in length, with the same specifications as Royal Park City No. 1, which started the first luxury yacht service for apartment residents in Korea in August 2023. Unlike a typical yacht consisting of a single hull and engine, a power catamaran yacht features two hulls and two engines, enabling stable and powerful navigation.

Royal Park City No. 3 was constructed in Sacheon, Gyeongnam, and after navigating the South Sea and the West Sea, it entered through the Ara Canal, verifying the yacht’s stability and quietness. Above all, by incorporating DK Asia’s signature design and interior into the yacht’s interior and exterior, it was built to be even more luxurious, significantly differentiating it from other yachts operating on the Ara Canal.

Additionally, DK Asia will implement the Royal Diamond Service to strengthen the exclusive luxury private yacht tour service for Royal Park City residents. This is a luxury bus service exclusively for residents, operating from Royal Park City II to Gyeongin Ara Marina, allowing Royal Park City residents to fully enjoy rest and healing on the yacht and return home safely. The luxury bus service will be provided for five years, with two runs on weekends.

Kim Jeong-mo, Chairman of DK Asia, said, “DK Asia is the first in Korea to operate a 66-foot European-style power catamaran yacht for residents from Gyeongin Ara Canal to Jeongseojin, creating a romantic space boasting exotic scenery along the Ara Canal. Moreover, through the construction of Royal Park City No. 3, it will serve as an opportunity to further expand the In-High Class Noblian Life service that Royal Park City residents can enjoy as if at a resort.”

He added, “DK Asia will also make greater efforts to transform the Gyeongin Ara Canal into Korea’s premier water leisure space, in line with the Ara Canal Renaissance Project initiated by Incheon City to revitalize the area as a local attraction, and in preparation for the new Geomdan era following the western district’s subdivision in 2026.”
