Ssangryeong-dong in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province has rapidly developed over the past few years, emerging as a new residential area. As a result, Dream City is expected to be popular among those seeking a stable living environment as well as those dreaming of owning a home in the future, satisfying both sales and rental demand.
Gyeonggi Gwangju Station enables quick access to major urban centers in Seoul such as Pangyo and Gangnam, based on transportation connectivity with the Gyeonggang Line and Icheon. Furthermore, the GTX-D line is planned, which will further expand the transportation infrastructure in the future.
