[Invest&Law] Yulchon IHCA Successfully Concludes 'In-House Legal Team Leader' Seminar

Yulchon LLC (Representative Attorney Kang Seok-hoon) held a seminar on the 12th for in-house legal organization leaders titled "Practical Cases of Building and Operating Compliance Systems."

The seminar was organized by Yulchon IHCA (In-House Counsel Academy), which has been running legal practice training programs for in-house lawyers since 2012.

Following the first seminar in July based on global company cases, Yulchon this time focused on compliance operation cases of domestic and overseas subsidiaries of Korean companies.

The seminar discussed specific issues and solutions that legal organization leaders may encounter in the process of establishing and implementing in-house compliance systems. Practical insights were especially shared regarding matters in communication and relationship building between in-house lawyers and related departments.

A Yulchon representative stated, "Satisfaction with the training program is high, and participation in linked networking programs is steadily increasing. We plan to continuously research necessary training topics, instructors, and program operation methods for in-house lawyers and expand the academy."
