Shinhan Investment Corp. announced on the 18th that it held the closing ceremony of the "Shinhan Connect Forum 3rd Term" on the 13th, attended by top corporate leaders in South Korea.
Launched in 2022, the Shinhan Connect Forum has seen participation from 340 corporations in the 1st and 2nd terms and 110 corporations in the 3rd term, with a total of 450 corporations actively involved as members. It has established itself as a premier forum for corporate leaders. At this closing ceremony, Professor Cho Young-tae from Seoul National University was invited to deliver a special lecture titled "Demography, Practicing Through Imagination."
The Shinhan Connect Forum is a platform where not only Shinhan Investment Corp. but also major affiliates of Shinhan Financial Group participate together, providing a one-stop total solution covering the corporate lifecycle from startup, growth, to exit.
Currently, it manages approximately KRW 18 trillion in corporate member funds, playing a crucial role in members' fundraising and asset management, including successfully closing about 40 investment banking (IB) deals in 2024 alone.
Moreover, the "Shinhan Premier Pathfinder," composed of top experts in asset management, participates in the forum to analyze trends in the capital market. Additionally, special lectures by leading domestic scholars provide valuable insights necessary for corporate management.
Furthermore, through diverse programs such as cultural events and green meetings, the forum contributes to building networks among member companies and expanding opportunities for business collaboration, thereby generating various business opportunities among members.
