DL E&C announced that ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark,’ being built near Myeongdeok Station on the Daegu Metro, will hold a non-priority subscription in the last week of November.
Previously, e-Pyeonhansesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark completed regular contracts and preliminary resident contracts, achieving a contract rate of 98%, effectively nearing a full sell-out. The high popularity immediately after opening, with a sales rate close to 100%, is attributed to the product showcasing the technology and know-how of e-Pyeonhansesang, which has established itself as the strongest player in the housing market for over 20 years, as well as the effectiveness of the brand premium.
DL E&C plans to supply some remaining units caused by disqualifications through a non-priority subscription. This non-priority subscription is open to domestic residents aged 19 and over, regardless of the number of houses owned or subscription savings accounts. With demand expanding nationwide, it is expected that contracts will be completed through this non-priority subscription.
Moreover, as the only double ultra-station area near Myeongdeok Station on lines 1 and 3 in Daegu, and composed of a rare luxurious product in the area, it is anticipated that many waiting buyers will gather. Especially, with the expected continuous rise in prices for newly supplied complexes, this complex offers reasonable prices and financial benefits, which are highly evaluated for price competitiveness.
In the subscription held last October, the complex recorded an average competition rate of 11.3 to 1, with 7,580 applicants for 672 units (excluding special supply), and the highest competition rate reached an extraordinary 33.9 to 1, an unusual result in Daegu.
A sales official stated, “Following the excellent results in the first-priority subscription and the contract phase nearing completion, fierce competition is expected in the non-priority subscription,” adding, “The brand premium of e-Pyeonhansesang, the highly scarce double station area location, and various financial benefits have continuously attracted inquiries from buyers.”
Meanwhile, e-Pyeonhansesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark is being constructed through the Myeongdeok District housing redevelopment project in Daemyeong-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu, consisting of 17 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 35, with a total of 1,758 units ranging from 39 to 110 square meters in exclusive area.
The contract terms reduce the initial financial burden on buyers through a fixed first payment of 10 million KRW, and offer a full 60% interest-free benefit on the interim payments. Additionally, all housing types include free balcony expansion and four system air conditioners, as well as a hybrid cooktop, design panel kitchen LCD TV, and more. For the 84㎡ exclusive area units, a kitchen island is also provided free of charge.
‘e-Pyeonhansesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark’ is located in a highly convenient double ultra-station area in Daegu, allowing access to the busiest commercial district of Banwoldang Station and the Suseong-gu living area. It is situated right in front of Myeongdeok Station on Daegu Metro lines 1 and 3, and with the construction of the line 1 entrance/exit on the north side of the complex underway, it is expected to be even more convenient upon move-in. Banwoldang Station, serving lines 1 and 2, is also located within a 1 km radius, enabling easy travel throughout Daegu.
The environment is also ideal for raising children. The complex includes a daycare center, and Daegu Yeongseon Elementary School is located just 300 meters away in a straight line. Within a 1 km radius, there are many middle and high schools such as Gyeongsang Middle School, Daegu Jeil Middle School, Gyeonggu Middle School, Gyeongbuk Arts High School, Gyeongbuk Girls' High School, and Daegu High School. Additionally, the ‘Daegu Representative Library,’ scheduled for completion this year, as well as public libraries like ‘Icheon Eoullim Library’ and ‘Nam-gu Smart Library,’ are easily accessible.
The housing exhibition hall is located near Beomeo Intersection on Dongdaegu-ro, Suseong-gu, Daegu, and the move-in is scheduled for January 2026.
