Hanwool Materials Science Decides on Third-Party Allocation Paid-in Capital Increase Worth 9 Billion KRW

Hanwool Materials Science announced on the 8th that it has decided to raise 9 billion KRW through a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase. A total of 2,039,892 new common shares will be issued at 4,412 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is Global Lowell Association (2,039,892 shares).
