On the 8th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon and foreigners attended the '2024 Seoul Gourmet Week - Traditional Market Tour Kimchi Class' held at the Youth Mall in Gyeongdong Market, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, where they listened to culinary researcher Hong Shin-ae explain how to make Seoul-style kimchi. Seoul Gourmet Week is an event where 120 restaurants and cafes in the city showcase limited-edition menus for a week, with the number of participating restaurants and cafes doubling from last year's 67.
