Daejeon 'Dunsan Eliph The Central' Perspective / Gyeryong Construction

Gyeryong Construction announced that it will open the model house for "Dunsan Elif The Central," which is being developed at the KT Daejeon Human Resources Development Center in Seo-gu, Daejeon, on the 8th.

The complex will consist of 864 units in buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. All units, sized at 84m², 99m², 116m², and 145m², are south-facing, and the buildings are spaced widely apart to provide excellent openness, views, and ventilation.

The complex will feature high-end community facilities designed to enhance residents' pride and quality of life. Amenities will include a breakfast service lounge, sauna, fitness center, screen golf practice range, tea house, guest house, library, and shared office space. Each household will also be provided with a private storage space free of charge.

The model house is located in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon.
