Dongseo Food announced on the 1st that it will raise the shipment prices of products such as instant coffee, coffee mixes, and coffee beverages by an average of 8.9% starting from the 15th.

Accordingly, the price of Maxim Mocha Gold Refill 500g will increase from 17,450 won to 19,110 won. Additionally, the Maxim Mocha Gold Coffee Mix 2.16kg product will rise from 23,700 won to 25,950 won, Kanu Americano 90g from 17,260 won to 18,900 won, Maxim T.O.P 275ml from 1,290 won to 1,400 won, and Maxwell House 500ml from 1,450 won to 1,560 won.

Dongseo Food explained that this price increase is due to the rise in prices of key raw materials such as coffee beans, sugar, and palm oil, as well as the increased exchange rate. All coffee beans and major raw materials are imported.

A Dongseo Food representative stated, "Due to the decrease in coffee production caused by abnormal weather worldwide, the high price level of raw materials has continued, leading to the decision to raise prices. We will strengthen efforts to reduce costs and improve productivity, and do our best to provide good quality coffee at reasonable prices."
