Sancheong-gun, "Thank You to All Diligent Taxpayers"

On the 30th, Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam held a lottery for local tax diligent taxpayers in the county office's government meeting room.

This lottery was organized to express gratitude to the residents who faithfully paid local taxes despite the difficult economic conditions.

It was especially promoted to foster a culture that favors diligent taxpayers.

The target was taxpayers who paid more than 300,000 KRW of automobile tax and property tax within the deadline in 2024 and had no arrears. 200 people were randomly selected using the local tax computer system.

Sancheong-gun plans to send the winners a Sancheong Love Gift Certificate worth about 30,000 KRW and a letter of appreciation by mail.

County Governor Lee Seung-hwa said, “We express our gratitude to the taxpayers who faithfully fulfilled their tax obligations despite difficult circumstances. We will use the precious taxes well to realize a happy Sancheong for all, so we ask for your great interest and cooperation to foster a sound tax payment culture.”
