GS Construction to Supply Asan Tangjeong Ja-i First City Next Month

GS Construction announced on the 29th that it will launch sales next month for 'Asan Tangjeong Xi First City,' located at 142-12, Dongsan-ri, Tangjeong-myeon, Asan-si, Chungnam.

Asan Tangjeong Xi First City is the first supply within the Asan New Town Central City urban development project and will be developed as a large complex with a total of 3,673 households across blocks A1, A2, and A3 in the area. Starting with Asan Tangjeong Xi First City next month, sales will proceed sequentially. It consists of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, totaling 797 households. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2027.

Asan Tangjeong Xi First City is located on the central axis connecting Buldang District, a representative area of Cheonan, and Asan Tangjeong 2, planned as the largest urban development project in the central region. Along Samsung-ro, residents can conveniently commute to Samsung Asan Display City, and it is also easy to access Samsung Electronics Nano City Onyang Campus, Samsung SDI Cheonan Plant, and general industrial complexes in Tangjeong and Cheonan. Cheonan Asan Station is nearby, and a KTX Cheonan Asan Station wide-area complex transfer center is planned for the future.

Asan Tangjeong Xi First City features a south-facing layout, with some units offering 4-bay and 3-sided balcony floor plans. Amenities such as pantries and dressing rooms are also included. The community center, 'Club Xi-an,' will feature a study room, fitness club, golf practice range, GX room, sauna, and more. On the 35th floor of the main residential building, the residents-only sky lounge 'Club Cloud' will house a book caf? where Kyobo Bookstore provides book curation services, as well as a guest house.

A GS Construction sales official stated, "We will do our best to develop the Xi Town, which will be built as a large complex, into an apartment that residents can take pride in living in, matching the scale and brand of the town."
