On the 24th, opposition members of the National Assembly's Science, Technology, Information and Broadcasting and Communications Committee held a roll-call vote on a motion to accuse Acting Chairman Kim Taegyu of the Korea Communications Commission of contempt of the National Assembly during a comprehensive audit of the Broadcasting and Communications Commission and related agencies held at the National Assembly. Acting Chairman Kim sparked controversy by saying, "XX, killing them all," when a visit to a MBC employee collapsed during the morning audit.
