North Korea Releases Trash Balloons Again... Possible Movement to Seoul Metropolitan Area and Gangwon

The Joint Chiefs of Staff announced on the 24th that "North Korea is once again floating objects presumed to be trash balloons."

This marks the 30th instance of North Korea floating trash balloons since late May of this year.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff warned that considering the wind direction, the balloons may move toward Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, and the Seoul metropolitan area, urging caution regarding falling payloads and advising not to touch the balloons if found, but to report them to the nearest military unit or police station.
