On the 23rd, ahead of the kimchi-making season, prices of key kimchi ingredients such as napa cabbage and radish are soaring, and napa cabbages arriving from production areas are being unloaded at the vegetable collection center in Garak Wholesale Market, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Although the Producer Price Index announced by the Bank of Korea fell in September, prices of agricultural products including napa cabbage rose by 5.7%.
