The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Cheon Chang-su) will publicly recruit 384 educational public service workers in 2025.
First, 374 candidates will be selected through the general screening for 7 job categories. By job category, they will select 8 general and 2 disabled educational welfare workers, 30 general cooks, 11 general and 4 disabled special education assistants, 111 general and 13 disabled Neulbom and academic administration assistants, 2 disabled special employment assistants, 183 general cooking assistants, and 10 general school sports coaches.
Through the specialized high school screening, 10 candidates will be selected for 2 job categories: 7 special education assistants and 3 experiential activity support assistants.
Educational welfare workers and cooks, who require certifications, will be selected through written and interview exams, while other job categories will undergo document evaluation reflecting career scores, followed by written and interview exams. However, cooking assistants and sports coaches will be selected through document evaluation and interviews without a written exam.
The Ulsan Office of Education announced the implementation plan for the open competitive examination on the education office website on the 23rd, including these details.
Applications will be accepted online at the teacher recruitment website for 3 days from November 4 to 6.
Multiple applications for different job categories are not allowed, and those who pass the first document screening will be announced on November 26. The written exam will be held on December 7, the interview on January 3, 2025, and the final successful candidates will be announced on January 8, 2025.
