Ecopro Decides to Dispose of Treasury Shares Worth 75 Billion KRW

On the 21st, EcoPro announced that it has decided to dispose of 813,449 shares of treasury common stock worth 75 billion KRW for the purpose of issuing exchangeable bonds with treasury shares as the exchange target. The scheduled disposal date is the 23rd.
