Meanwhile, 'Black and White Chefs' is a variety show depicting a culinary class war among 100 chefs, where underdog 'Black Spoon' chefs, known for their exceptional taste, challenge Korea's top star 'White Spoon' chefs. The show ranked first in the non-English TV series category in Korea on Netflix upon release and made the top 10 in Taiwan, Singapore, and other countries, gaining significant attention. Chef Kwon, who was on the Black Spoon team, appeared under the nickname 'Napoli Mafia,' impressing judges with dishes like night tiramisu and crab soup pasta. Ultimately, he won the final against Edward Lee of the White Spoon team and became the champion. He currently runs an Italian restaurant called 'Via Toledo Pastabar' in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which has become extremely popular, receiving 110,000 reservations since the broadcast.
