DL E&C 'ePyeonhansesang Naepo First Dream' New:Home Supply in November

DL E&C announced on the 18th that it will supply the public sale New:Home complex 'e-Pyeonhansesang Naepo First Dream' in RH16 Block of Naepo New Town, Hongseong-gun, Chungnam, next month.

e-Pyeonhansesang Naepo First Dream consists of 10 buildings with a total of 949 households, ranging from one basement floor to 25 floors above ground. It is composed solely of units with an exclusive area of 84㎡. It is a New:Home selective complex that offers priority sale rights to residents after living for six years, with an expected move-in date of December 2026.


The complex is the first 'e-Pyeonhansesang' brand apartment introduced in Naepo New Town. DL E&C applied the specialized design 'C2 House' and designed all units as 4-bay slab-type to secure views and natural lighting. With a low building coverage ratio, the distance between buildings is wide, and the landscaping within the complex creates a pleasant residential environment. There is a central park of approximately 7,500㎡ and 18 various gardens scattered throughout the complex.


Educational conditions are also well established. Hanul Elementary School is located directly opposite the complex, and Hongbuk Middle School, adjacent to it, is scheduled to open in March next year. Both schools are within walking distance, and a cluster of academies is formed within a 500m radius. Additionally, Jakyeongcheon Stream and Jakyeong 2 Retention Pond flow right next to the complex, and nearby there are abundant waterfront parks and green spaces such as Hasan Park and Hongye Park.


The transportation environment is expected to improve further. Near the complex are Docheong-daero and Chungnam-daero, providing convenient access to the Seohaean Expressway and Dangjin-Yeongdeok Expressway. Naepo Terminal is within a 2 km radius, offering excellent intercity accessibility. The opening of the Seohaeseon double-track railway (Songsan~Hongseong), Janghang Line double-track railway (Sinchang~Hongseong), and Seobu Inland Expressway is scheduled for this year.


In terms of development prospects, a 'Future New Industry National Industrial Complex' is planned in Naepo New Town. Chungnam Province plans to attract related industries such as hydrogen and future cars here, aiming for completion by 2030. It is expected to generate about 6.8 trillion KRW in production inducement effects and create approximately 23,000 jobs. Additionally, the 'Chungnam National University Naepo Campus' is scheduled to be established, starting recruitment of new students in 2027 and developing a campus for 1,100 students by 2035.


The complex is not included in the number of houses owned during the residence period, so there is no burden of real estate-related taxes such as acquisition tax and property tax. In particular, residents have the advantage of choosing whether to purchase after six years of residence. DL E&C plans to maximize residents' housing satisfaction by providing free balcony extensions, system air conditioners, and middle doors for all households at no cost.
