The National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters announced that from the 18th to the 25th, a comprehensive survey on the status of integrated evidence management will be conducted at police stations nationwide.
On the 17th, a police official stated, "We will focus on inspecting seized cash and plan to improve the integrated evidence management procedures based on the results."
This comprehensive survey was prompted by an incident at Yongsan Police Station, following the case at Gangnam Police Station, where a police officer tampered with seized cash.
