SK announced on the 16th that its subsidiary, ENS City Gas, has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 2.4 trillion KRW for other financing purposes.
It will issue 1 million shares at 5,000 KRW per share. The third-party allottee is Strada Holdco L.P.
The company stated, "The funds are planned to be used to complete the restructuring of redeemable convertible preferred shares of SK ENS Co., Ltd."
