Sojinkong Begins Selling Baeknyeon Small Business Products Inside Railway Stations

The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 16th that it has started selling meal kit products from seven Baeknyeon Small Business companies at the convenience store 'Storyway' located in railway stations.

This entry into Storyway is one of the cooperative efforts under the 'Business Agreement for Revitalizing the Local Economy and Local Commercial Districts' signed between the Small Enterprise and Market Service and Korail Distribution Co., Ltd. in July. It was promoted to enhance brand awareness and improve customer accessibility by pioneering sales channels for Baeknyeon Small Business products.

On September 6, the two organizations held a 'Storyway Entry Briefing for Pioneering Sales Channels of Baeknyeon Small Business' to explain the process of entering Storyway, and hosted a product evaluation meeting led by Korail Distribution MD to discuss the suitability of the small business products and improvements needed upon entry.

In addition to Storyway, a "Dedicated Sales Zone for Baeknyeon Small Business Products" was newly established in the 'Small and Medium Enterprise Premium Maru' built in major stations nationwide, and sales began on October 1.

Going forward, the two organizations plan to further expand cooperation to pioneer sales channels and promote the long-established Baeknyeon Small Business products by expanding the establishment of small business sales zones using various facilities within railway stations and operating short-term stores linked to joint festivals.

Park Seong-hyo, Director of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, said, "I am pleased that the close cooperation between the two organizations has helped Baeknyeon Small Business companies pioneer new sales channels," and added, "We will spare no support so that railway station users can experience excellent small business products from across the country."
