Kyobo Life Insurance Surpasses 2 Million Subscribers on Unified App

Kyobo Life Insurance announced on the 15th that the number of subscribers to its integrated application surpassed 2 million two years after its revamp.

The integrated app, launched by Kyobo Life Insurance in September 2022, consolidated digital channels into one and greatly enhanced convenience. The app supports easy access and management of various services such as insurance, retirement pensions, loans, funds, and trusts on smartphones.

It also offers services like bulk insurance claim submission, simplified claims for actual expense insurance, finding missed insurance payments, and asset management and retirement planning using MyData.

Kyobo Life Insurance differentiated the integrated app by extending its scope beyond finance to include non-financial areas such as culture and arts. Subscribers can access various health contents, including the webzine ‘Haruit Literature,’ which covers literature, history, and philosophy, and ‘Harurutin,’ a feature for creating personalized daily routines.

Recently, under the slogan “Kyobo Rogam when life needs a sense,” the company has been actively conducting marketing activities. This differentiation and service advancement are considered key factors in establishing the app as a leading platform for insurance, culture, and arts within two years of its revamp.

To celebrate surpassing 2 million subscribers, Kyobo Life Insurance is also holding a prize draw event. Until the end of this month, participants who use the coverage analysis service on the integrated app will be entered into a draw to win prizes such as the Apple iPhone 16, AirPods 4, and coffee vouchers.

A Kyobo Life Insurance official said, “Surpassing 2 million subscribers is a recognition of the achievements in digital-based customer experience innovation,” adding, “We will continue efforts to make customers’ lives healthier and more prosperous beyond insurance.”
