MZ Solution "AI Fire Collapse Risk Assessment System Wins Presidential Award"

MGN Solution announced on the 15th that the Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters (Anseong Fire Station), which conducted joint research on fire systems, received the President's Award, the highest honor, at the 36th 119 Fire Policy Conference.

According to the company, MGN Solution has been conducting joint research with Anseong Fire Station since May on the "Development of a Warehouse Facility Fire Collapse Risk Assessment System Using AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Deep Learning."

This research was evaluated as an effective approach to a risk assessment system that can predict collapse signs using AI and deep learning technology at sandwich panel fire sites where combustion rapidly expands.

To develop this system, Anseong Fire Station collaborated with MGN Solution researchers. The two organizations identified collapse indicators through a Delphi survey involving fire experts and collected data through fire reproduction experiments based on these indicators.

After securing data for AI model training, MGN Solution researchers trained the model by distinguishing fire sections into fire occurrence sections, collapse sign sections, and collapse initiation sections. They then wrote a research paper based on the performance verification results and presented it at this Fire Policy Conference.
