He added, "We will continuously expand diverse and distinctive accommodation infrastructure where people can enjoy views and nightscapes of the Han River, and through the introduction of the 'Hangang Bus' and the creation of the 'Nodeul Global Art Island,' we will strive to enable citizens to enjoy the Han River in various ways."

The ground subsidence phenomenon mentioned by Mayor Oh, along with controversies surrounding the operation of the 'Hangang Bus' and issues related to Filipino domestic workers, are expected to be intensively discussed during this audit.

Following this, Mayor Oh introduced Seoul City's representative policies and vision. He said, "We will create a 'win-win city' that walks with the vulnerable by supporting vulnerable groups in livelihood, housing, and education," and added, "Positive signs such as households exiting welfare and increased earned income households have appeared in the second-year performance evaluation of the (Didimdol Income) program." Other policies mentioned included the 'Deep Underground Rainwater Drainage Tunnel' to prevent flood damage, 'Wrist Doctor 9988,' and 'Seoul Run.'

He also mentioned the city's organizational restructuring to solve social problems. Mayor Oh explained, "Isolation and loneliness among modern people have become social issues," and said, "To address citizens' isolation and loneliness, Seoul City established a dedicated organization called the 'Care and Loneliness Policy Office' last July. We will respond comprehensively through cooperation among all departments of Seoul City."
