OCI announced on the 9th that it held a "Partner Co-Growth Meeting" on the 8th at the Gunsan plant to discuss safety and health policies and directions for win-win cooperation with key partners.
This meeting was organized to express gratitude to partners who have been striving for safety management and win-win cooperation, to strengthen safety and health activities, and to seek co-growth measures through supply chain risk management and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management.
At the meeting, safety merit awards and excellence awards were given to those who actively participated in safety and health win-win cooperation projects and made significant contributions to preventing major accidents. The current status of responses to the expanded enforcement of the Serious Accident Punishment Act and support plans for partners to establish safety and health management systems were also presented.

OCI shared its supply chain ESG management policy and roadmap, urging partners for active participation and cooperation. It emphasized preparing and implementing measures to secure a stable supply chain, such as diversifying suppliers, in response to geopolitical risks including the Middle East war, the Ukraine war, and US-China conflicts.
OCI is promoting sustainable co-growth with partners through various win-win cooperation programs. It monitors the status of safety and health management system establishment at partner workplaces and provides on-site safety management coaching. After conducting supply chain ESG risk assessments for key partners, OCI supports strengthening partners’ ESG capabilities by providing ESG education and consulting. The company also discusses support directions for co-growth with partners through regular internal fair trade review committees.
Kim Yushin, CEO of OCI, stated, "We will continue to gather partners’ opinions through regular partner meetings and, based on these, seek various support measures to strengthen win-win cooperation, including partner safety management and supply chain risk management."
