Ildong Holdings Acquires Additional 13 Billion KRW Worth of Ildong Bioscience Shares

Ildong Holdings announced on the 2nd that it will additionally acquire 1.04 million shares of its pharmaceutical sales subsidiary, Ildong Bioscience, for 13 billion KRW. Ildong Holdings' stake in Ildong Bioscience will become 63.1%.
