Huvis announced on the 27th that it will additionally acquire 3.64 million shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary Huvis Global for 18.2 billion KRW.
After the acquisition, Huvis's stake in Huvis Global will be 100%. The company stated that this is "participation in the subsidiary's paid-in capital increase (rights offering to shareholders)."
