Even in the Chasm... POSCO Future M, 1.8454 Trillion KRW Anode Material Supply Contract

POSCO Future M announced on the 11th that it has signed a supply contract for high-nickel cathode materials for electric vehicles worth 1.8454 trillion KRW.

The contract amount represents 38.8% of POSCO Future M's sales last year.

POSCO Future M explained that, due to a confidentiality agreement with the battery manufacturer customer, it is withholding detailed information such as the contract counterpart and contract period.

The contract was signed in US dollars on the same day. POSCO Future M disclosed the transaction amount in Korean won based on the closing exchange rate. The company stated, "The actual contract amount may vary in the future depending on agreed specific conditions, fluctuations in raw material prices, and processing costs."
