Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon) announced the temporary opening of the G Valley 2nd Complex Enterprise Support Center.
Geumcheon-gu has the G Valley 2nd and 3rd complexes, and the district established the Enterprise Support Center in the 2nd complex following the existing center in the 3rd complex to create a business-friendly environment.
The 2nd Complex Enterprise Support Center was established within G Valley 2nd Complex (32 Digital-ro 9-gil, Gapeul Great Valley Room 201) to implement enterprise support policies for resident companies and expand various administrative service supports.
The space consists of an integrated civil service office and a community room. The integrated civil service office handles various certificate issuance and reporting tasks, while the community room can be used as a business workspace.
In particular, to enhance convenience for G Valley workers, new services not available at the existing Enterprise Support Center, such as 'move-in registration,' 'resident registration card reissuance,' and 'issuance of stakeholder documents,' have been newly added to the 2nd Complex Enterprise Support Center. In urgent cases requiring resident registration card reissuance, there is no need to travel to a distant community service center; it can be issued at the nearby Enterprise Support Center.
Additionally, unmanned civil service issuance machines for corporations and individuals, which have seen a recent surge in demand, have been installed and are in operation. The corporate unmanned civil service machine can issue corporate registration certificates, corporate seal certificates, and other documents necessary for corporate transactions and contracts.
The community room operates export support programs aimed at pioneering overseas markets. Through these programs, information on overseas companies and import-export transaction details can be accessed. Furthermore, businesspeople can use the space for small meetings and relaxation.
Moreover, the Enterprise Support Center plans to promote excellent companies and policies supporting enterprises through a large LED screen in the community room and an electronic advertising board (digital signage) in the integrated civil service office.
It will also serve as a base for operating the G Valley industrial tourism program, which utilizes production sites of companies and past industrial heritage as tourism content.
The operating hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, and an opening ceremony is scheduled for October.
Yoo Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, stated, “We hope the G Valley 2nd Complex Enterprise Support Center will provide various enterprise supports and administrative services, becoming a solid foundation for companies to grow. We will continue to support the industrial promotion of G Valley and strengthen the competitiveness of resident companies.”
