Pyeongsan-dong, Yangsan City Holds Second Half Meeting and Safety Training for Senior Job Participants

The Pyeongsan-dong Administrative Welfare Center in Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do held a meeting and safety training session for the 2024 Senior Job Program participants for the second half of the year on July 2.

Approximately 130 participants attended the training, which covered CPR, emergency response for airway obstruction, and COVID-19 prevention education.

The participants had the opportunity to practice CPR themselves and learned how to respond to emergency situations that may occur to their family, neighbors, or coworkers. There was also a communication session with Kim Hyangok, the head of Pyeongsan-dong, to discuss difficulties and suggestions experienced during the job program.

Kim Hyangok, head of Pyeongsan-dong, said, "I ask everyone to pay special attention to safety during the program period, and I will do my best to help you lead a healthy and vibrant life in your senior years through this job program."
