Paratech announced on the 23rd that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 5 billion KRW for acquiring securities from other corporations and other purposes.
New shares of 2,767,017 common stocks will be issued at 1,807 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is Wellquest Co., Ltd. (2,767,017 shares).
