Under the theme of "City Gas Supply Stabilization Measures Following the Sangbaek Village Terror Incident," the training aimed to enhance crisis response capabilities.
During the training, after a situation briefing by the head of the responsible department, each relevant agency and department presented their countermeasures. In-depth discussions were held under the leadership of Governor Jin Byungyoung to identify and address potential issues.
Participants listened to the action plans of each organization, explored response measures to minimize damage, and proposed support strategies. They also developed the ability to immediately implement these plans in the event of a similar real-life incident, thereby minimizing inconvenience to residents.
Governor Jin stated, "Not only in times of war but also in the event of any disaster, by strengthening the cooperation system among relevant organizations participating in this discussion and preparing countermeasures through prior discussions, we can ensure the safe lives of our residents."
He added, "Let us strengthen inter-agency cooperation until the end of the 2024 Ulchi Exercise to further enhance Hamyang County's crisis management capabilities."
