[Photo] From Today, Seoul Multi-Child Families Exempt from 'Namsan Congestion Charge'

On the 21st, a notice about toll exemption for multi-child families was placed at the congestion toll collection point for downtown-bound traffic at Namsan No. 3 Tunnel in Jung-gu, Seoul. Starting today, multi-child families residing in Seoul can pass through Namsan Tunnels No. 1 and No. 3 free of charge.
