SKC Not Designated as an Unfaithful Disclosure Corporation... Cautionary Measures Taken

SKC announced on the 20th that it was not designated as a non-compliant disclosure corporation due to no penalty points being imposed following mitigation. However, a cautionary measure was issued to the corporation in accordance with the disclosure regulations of the Korea Exchange.

Earlier, the Korea Exchange announced on the 29th of last month that it planned to designate SKC as a non-compliant disclosure corporation due to changes in disclosure.
