The city of Busan announced that the application period for the 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass,' which closed with great success on July 1, has now entered the ticket reservation phase, with the list of performances revealed starting August 1.

Currently, a total of 25 performances (51 sessions) across various genres such as musicals, concerts, operas, plays, classical music, and festivals, offering 5,534 seats, have been made available.

Reflecting the enthusiastic response from the selected youth for the 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass,' tickets for the Busan International Rock Festival (Saturday and Sunday), the musical "Hero," the opera "Madame Butterfly," and the piano recital by Kun-Woo Paik, which were allocated to the pass, have all sold out.

On the 19th, the city will additionally open tickets for the 'Maksim Mrvica Live Concert' and plans to sequentially release more high-quality performances in various genres preferred by young people throughout September and October. Selected participants of the 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass' can reserve tickets for their desired performances through the Dongbaekjeon app and attend the shows until December this year.

The city introduced the 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass' to provide more opportunities for Busan's youth to enjoy cultural experiences. It is expected that this initiative will help alleviate cultural isolation and strengthen cultural and artistic competencies by allowing young people to accumulate a wider range of cultural experiences through these performances.

Kim Guiok, Director of the Youth-Industry-Academia Bureau, stated, "The 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass' is designed to reflect the diverse interests of young people and to provide a variety of memorable and high-quality performances, even if they attend just once," and added, "Our city will actively support the creation of independent cultural values by youth and expand their social participation so that young people can play an important role in our society."
