Hyundai Engineering & Construction conducted a special preview tour of the model house exclusively for pre-reservation customers of ‘The H Bangbae,’ an apartment complex for sale in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. As a representative high-end apartment brand in Korea, it offered customers a new experience through differentiated marketing.
The private preview invitation for The H Bangbae was held for registered interested customers through the official website.
The preview was conducted in a docent format to provide a special and comfortable viewing experience that helped customers better understand the project. Visitors privately toured the △The H Brand ZONE △model map/location map/community △irregular model △units for an ample amount of time.
Unlike typical model houses, the viewing space was designed to showcase The H’s identity, receiving high praise. To convey The H’s artistic aesthetics, a ‘The H Healing Object’ moon jar, created in collaboration with Korea’s representative ceramic artist Jeon Sang-geun, was exhibited. The space also featured unique items exclusive to The H, such as ‘H Scent,’ developed in partnership with premium fragrance company Centon, and ‘H Sound,’ created in collaboration with director Kim Tae-sung, who won the Best Music Award at the 2019 Blue Dragon Film Awards.
Additionally, the event introduced the ‘H Series,’ which is exclusively developed each year by identifying consumer needs and trends. This included pet-friendly facilities ‘H With Pet’ and the visible doorbell ‘H Bell,’ which converts doorbell sounds into light signals. Among these, the smart vertical farm ‘H Clean Farm,’ applied for the first time inside an apartment in The H Bangbae, was exhibited for visitors to see firsthand.
Five completed The H complexes were displayed as art pieces, allowing visitors to compare the identity of each complex and the direction pursued by ‘The H Bangbae,’ which applies The H brand after four years.
Visitors also praised the viewing of the model map, location map, community facilities, and units. The design captured visitors’ hearts by maximizing the strengths of The H brand while reflecting the latest trends. In particular, diverse community facilities such as a running track, swimming pool, and sky lounge, which are rarely seen in other apartments, attracted significant attention. Specialized designs, premium interior materials, and furniture also garnered great interest.
Premium services were provided for visitors. Customers participating in the docent tour were offered high-end catering prepared by a patissier, and a photo zone operated by a professional photographer was set up, providing photo printing and framing services for a special experience. Furthermore, pre-viewing visitors were gifted The H exclusive fragrance ‘H Scent’ diffuser and The H ‘Healing Object’ moon jar (to some groups), leaving a lasting impression.
A 40-year-old resident of Bangbae-dong, Mr. A, who participated in the preview event, said, “Unlike other model houses, the docent format allowed for detailed explanations, and it was a great opportunity to understand why The H brand is the most preferred.” He added, “The product and location are excellent, so the subscription competition will likely be high, but I plan to try applying.”
A Hyundai Engineering & Construction official stated, “We believe we provided a special experience that conveys The H’s unique items and artistic value to customers, rather than just a simple model house viewing.” They added, “We will strive to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering products befitting Korea’s representative high-end apartment brand throughout the construction process.”
Meanwhile, The H Bangbae consists of 29 buildings ranging from four basement floors to 33 above-ground floors, with a total of 3,064 units ranging from 59 to 175㎡ in exclusive area. Among these, 1,244 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 114㎡ will be offered for general sale.
The model house is located in Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The subscription schedule begins with special supply on Monday, August 26, followed by first priority for the relevant area on Tuesday, August 27, first priority for other areas on Wednesday, August 28, and second priority on Thursday, August 29. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, September 4, and the official contract period will be held over eight days from Thursday, September 19 to Thursday, September 26.
