A post-sale complex subject to the price ceiling system is scheduled to be supplied in August within a 20-minute distance from the Gangnam area, attracting attention.
‘Uiwang Gocheon District Dietre Central,’ constructed by Daebang Construction, is adjacent to Uiwang IC, allowing access to major Gangnam areas in Seoul such as Sadang and Yangjae by car in about 20 minutes. Additionally, the ‘Indeokwon~Dongtan double-track railway (under construction)’ line passes within walking distance, and a wide-area transportation network connecting the metropolitan area express railway (GTX)-C line (planned), Wolgot~Pangyo line (planned), and Seoul Subway Line 4 is expected to be formed.
Currently, Uiwang City, where the complex is located, is adjacent to major affluent neighborhoods such as Gwacheon, Indeokwon, and Pyeongchon, raising expectations for house price alignment. Recently, ‘Uiwang Centline Desiang,’ which was supplied in the adjacent old town (Ojeon-dong) with an exclusive area of 84㎡ priced in the 900 million KRW range (highest price), achieved a complete sell-out shortly after resuming supply.
‘Uiwang Gocheon Dietre’ is located in the new town next to the city hall and is subject to the price ceiling system, allowing expectations for a reasonable level of sale price. Also, as a post-sale complex, it is easier to verify quality compared to typical pre-sale complexes, and since move-in is relatively quick, the burden of interest can be reduced.
Nearby, Uiwang City Hall, Obongsan Mountain, and an elementary school site (planned) are being developed. Public institutions such as the health center, police station, and fire station, as well as plaza shopping centers and large-scale commercial facilities, are also planned nearby. Emart Uiwang, Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang, and Lotte Mart Uiwang are all located about 10 minutes away by car, making them conveniently accessible.
Hyundai Motor Research Institute, Hyundai Rotem, Uiwang Technopark, Gunpo Advanced General Industrial Complex, and Anyang IT Valley are also within about a 10-minute drive, providing excellent conditions for proximity between residence and workplace.
The number of parking spaces per household is two, offering the best conditions within Uiwang City. The model house is planned to be set up in the Cheoncheon-dong area of Jangan-gu, Suwon City.
