On the 13th, two days before the 79th Liberation Day, officials belonging to the Barugesalgi Movement Songpa-gu Council are distributing fans with the Taegeuk pattern at Jamsil Station in Songpa-gu, Seoul, urging the raising of the Taegeukgi flag for Liberation Day.
