Previously, Mayor Hong Nam-pyo emphasized the importance of the district mayor's role in daily life-oriented projects and instructed that district mayors should thoroughly review not only district-led projects but also those led by city hall, select priority projects, and report them.

At the first session held in Uichang-gu, 39 projects were reported, including the reconstruction of the Buk-myeon Hwacheon Civil Service Center. At the second session in Seongsan-gu, 36 projects were reported, such as major road paving and street tree maintenance. The discussions focused intensively on projects that are closely related to and strongly felt by citizens in their daily lives.

Notably, the session was held without a set end time, allowing for in-depth discussions on budget management, supply and planning reviews for public facility construction, and other matters to ensure that citizens can clearly experience an improved quality of life in their everyday routines.

Mayor Hong stated, "If we fail to secure the budget for projects essential to citizens when planning the 2025 budget, we will have to wait another year," and urged, "For projects closely related to citizens' daily lives, I ask for close cooperation between city hall and the district offices, from securing the budget to project implementation, so that these projects can proceed as originally planned."

Meanwhile, Masan Hoewon-gu and Masan Happo-gu are scheduled to hold their reporting sessions on the 13th, and Jinhae-gu on the 14th.
