Internet broadcaster 'Gwajeupseyeon' gave a detailed explanation about the process of accompanying Bang Si-hyuk, chairman of HYBE, during their meeting in the United States.

On the 11th, Gwajeupseyeon explained the circumstances of meeting Chairman Bang in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles (LA), through an AfreecaTV (Sup) live broadcast.

She said, "Last year, someone impersonating HYBE sent me a direct message (DM). My sister knows Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, so she asked him, and it turned out to be an impersonator," adding, "That impersonator went to prison, and since it was a serious case with other victims besides me, I helped collect evidence, and through that, Chairman Bang got to know me."

Regarding the reason for accompanying Chairman Bang in LA, she explained, "While asking several acquaintances about good restaurants in LA, my sister also asked the chairman," and continued, "When I inquired at 'Nobu Restaurant,' I was told reservations were not possible, but Chairman Bang said that if he accompanied me, a reservation could be made, so we went to the restaurant together." She added, "It’s a popular restaurant, and I really wanted to go, so I asked, and he kindly agreed to accompany me and even guided me."

About the eyewitness accounts that Chairman Bang took photos of the Gwajeupseyeon sisters, she said, "I also saw the photos posted online," and explained, "That day, I went to the restroom because of a stomachache, and Chairman Bang took pictures of my sister."

She joked, "(Chairman Bang) is busy, so how could he follow our schedule?" and said, "I became famous for the photo of us walking before eating. Many people watched my comeback broadcast, so I thought, 'This is a success.' It was just funny."

Earlier, photos of Chairman Bang walking the streets of Beverly Hills with the Gwajeupseyeon sisters were shared on online communities and social networking services (SNS). Regarding this, HYBE explained, "Chairman Bang Si-hyuk happened to meet the sister of the two during a gathering of acquaintances in the past and gave advice on how to respond to the impersonator pretending to be an entertainment industry worker," adding, "Later, when the two came to LA, they asked about tourist spots and restaurants, and he helped make reservations and guided them."

The Nobu Restaurant visited by Chairman Bang and the Gwajeupseyeon sisters is a restaurant chain co-founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, American actor Robert De Niro, and film producer Meir Teper. It has branches in about 20 cities in the United States and has expanded to over 50 locations worldwide as a high-end Japanese cuisine restaurant. The Nobu Restaurant in LA is known to be frequently visited by famous Hollywood actors.
