DK Asia (DK Asia) will hold a pre-move-in inspection event for residents of ‘Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio,’ the first in Korea where you can directly experience a resort and arboretum at a glance, over two days from the 15th to the 16th. In particular, this pre-inspection event plans to offer residents a special experience through various programs that provide not only a simple inspection but also diverse sights and activities.

Additionally, a cafeteria will be set up to offer free snacks and drinks, and there will be popular photo booths for taking memorable four-cut photos, calligraphy, and helium balloon giveaways, among other experiential events prepared for families.
Visitors can also explore the Entry Garden, a signature green space, and walk along the skywalk, which connects two tea houses and is the longest in Korea at 55 meters.
Furthermore, there will be a walking tour program where participants can experience the community, landscaping, and landscaping facilities created under the concept of Korea’s first resort and arboretum at a glance. A cart tour program will also be available, allowing participants to experience the large-scale park, landscaping, landscaping facilities, and infrastructure while riding in a cart.
Kim Jeong-mo, Chairman of DK Asia, stated, “Recently, pre-move-in inspection events have evolved into family events that provide customer satisfaction and special impressions through various channels of communication and interaction with residents.” He added, “Wanggil Station Royal Park City, which will begin move-in at the end of September, is being developed as the most special city in the world, featuring a house unlike any other, beyond imagination, with landscaping more beautiful than an arboretum, and Korea’s first resort and arboretum where you can directly experience special trees and flowering plants at a glance.”
