Geumcheon Cultural Foundation (CEO Seo Young-cheol) announced that it will present the jukebox musical "Triout" at 2 p.m. on September 28 at Geumnarae Art Hall.


The work is a jukebox musical centered on trot music, depicting the story of the protagonist who moves to Seoul to pursue a dream of becoming a singer and debuts as part of the trot girl group "Triout." It deals with the dreams and challenges of youth, delivering a message of courage and hope to young people and empathy and communication to middle-aged and older audiences.


The cast features actors well-known to the public and audiences through various media.


Among them are singer Byeolsarang, who is actively promoting after reaching the Top 6 on TV Chosun's "Tomorrow's Miss Trot 2," the beloved husky-voiced singer Hai-ryang, Narsha from the girl group "Brown Eyed Girls," KBS public comedian Ansangtae, and An Il-gwon, all of whom will showcase outstanding vocal skills and solid acting abilities.


The performance features familiar trot songs brought to life with vibrant live band performances. Songs such as "Sarangbakken Nan Molla," "Eomeona," and "Sarang-eun Changbak-e Bitmul Gatayo" will provide a time that resonates with people of all ages.


The show runs for 120 minutes without an intermission and is suitable for anyone from elementary school students and older. Ticket reservations open at 2 p.m. on August 9 through the Geumcheon Cultural Foundation website and Interpark Ticket website. Tickets are priced at 20,000 KRW for all seats, with various discounts available for Geumcheon residents, youth (single-person households), and middle-aged groups.


CEO Seo Young-cheol stated, "We hope this performance will be a precious time for all generations to enjoy and communicate together."
