Kolon Industries Invests 130 Billion KRW in KII-SKM

Kolon announced on the 8th that its subsidiary, Kolon Industries, will invest approximately 129.6 billion KRW in the PET Base film production and sales company (KII-SKM JV).

After the investment, the equity stake will be 18%.

Kolon stated that the purpose of this measure is to "enhance efficiency related to the film business and strengthen business competitiveness."
