‘Grand Le Pied,’ which offers Daejeon’s first high-end residential life in the prime location of Dunsan-dong, Daejeon, will hold a ‘Hole-in-One Event’ at Serenity CC in Seowon-gu, Cheongju on August 9.
The ‘Hole-in-One Event’ will take place on August 9 at Serenity CC’s ‘Silk Course Hole 7’ and ‘River Course Hole 8’ located in Seowon-gu, Cheongju. Participants who achieve a hole-in-one will receive a prize of 1 million KRW. Participation is possible by filling out an application form at the Serenity CC site before playing each course hole.
According to a representative of Grand Le Pied, this event was planned to allow general customers to experience the resident privilege services of Grand Le Pied in advance, following the positive response to golf events held twice as special services for prospective residents. The golf events held in October last year and June this year aimed to expand customer contact points, strengthen rapport, and promote camaraderie among contract holders, and featured participation from celebrities such as entertainers and professional golfers.
In addition to the ‘Hole-in-One Event,’ customers who complete the interest registration on the website will be entered into a draw to win two round-trip golf course tickets for golf courses in the Daejeon and Sejong areas. Customers who receive consultations at the Grand Le Pied gallery will also be given small gifts.
Meanwhile, Grand Le Pied is being developed on the site of Homeplus in Dunsan-dong. It is a premium residential facility consisting of five buildings with a total of 832 units, featuring the tallest height of 47 floors and large floor plans of 119 and 169 square meters.
It also boasts excellent location conditions. Adjacent to the Daejeon Government Complex, it offers convenient subway access. The station is expected to be served by the Chungcheong Regional Express Train (CTX), which is scheduled to begin construction in 2028, making future transportation more convenient. Once CTX opens, travel times will be approximately 15 minutes from the Government Daejeon Complex to the Government Sejong Complex, about 50 minutes to Cheongju Airport, and around 10 minutes from Osong Station to the Chungbuk Provincial Office, reducing travel time by up to 70% compared to existing public transportation such as buses.
Additionally, nearby are the courts, prosecutors’ office, Korean Intellectual Property Office, and Korea Intellectual Property Information Service, with legal professionals accounting for 30% of the population. Prestigious elementary, middle, and high schools such as Hanbat Elementary, Seowon Elementary, Munjeong Middle, and Chungnam High School, as well as the Dunsan-dong academy district, are close by, providing top-tier educational infrastructure. The Government Daejeon Complex station of the Regional Express Train is also within walking distance.
Grand Le Pied offers various concierge services befitting a high-end residential product. Residents will enjoy top-class hotel-level services such as secretary and concierge services, and will also be able to use breakfast services from Shinsegae Food, which were previously available only in luxury residential complexes in Seoul.
Luxurious specialized designs and community facilities will also be provided. An indoor swimming pool called ‘Pied Pool’ with three 20-meter lanes will be installed. In addition to lanes for aquatic activities, a sunbed zone for relaxation is located on one side, presenting a hotel-style swimming pool rather than just a basic pool, enhancing the prestige of the complex.
The golf club will feature spaces divided by purpose, including general driving bays, a screen golf room, and a putting green for focused putting practice, along with a fitness club equipped with various exercise facilities. The fitness club will include a personal training room for one-on-one lessons, a Pilates room, and a large GX room for group exercise or yoga.
A spa club with shower and sauna facilities will be provided separately. Notably, the sauna facility within the complex is rare outside the metropolitan area, further boosting the pride of Grand Le Pied residents.
The top floor will feature a sky lounge facility called the Sunset Lounge, adding a special touch. Additionally, a family club for exclusive family time and guest rooms for visitors will be created to enhance convenience.
Meanwhile, the model house for Grand Le Pied, which is successfully contracting the second phase units, is located in the Bongmyeong-dong area of Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Visitors can currently select and contract remaining buildings and units through on-site consultations, with visits accepted by prior reservation.
